WHO WE ARE
We have 22 years’ worth of experience working within education and in particular 14–19 year olds. We have been working with disengaged and disapplied learners from the education system and feel that this is where our skills lie. We are very good at networking and bringing in the right people to carry out the appropriate high-quality support needed by learners. We have over the years built up an excellent professional reputation amongst a range of schools across the Midlands.
WHAT WE DO
We are always looking at forward planning and how the education changes affect the business market in order to adapt ourselves with those changes. We believe that building good relationships with our commissioners is a priority and strive to ensure that this is the case with learner, families or other professionals we
liaise with. Over the many years of working in this field we have made a difference not only to the learners lives but the lives of their families and in turn helped to make a difference to their futures.
Mission
The Work n Learn Vision
Our vision is to help promote an educational path to suit all learners. We achieve this by tailoring individual models of teaching and learning to each individual. We aspire to create a positive environment whereby learners can empower themselves.
A Word
From Our Client
” As a school we have worked together for a number of years, whether it is with some of our most vulnerable students in securing the right curriculum and opportunities for them, or it is with groups of targeted students to ensure they achieve positive progress measures for them and the school. “
